I’m an artist based in Haarlem, where I paint almost daily from my studio, often accompanied by my French bulldog.

My work centers on women and birds, symbols of love and freedom. The women I paint are often nude, not to idealize the body, but because exposing oneself—figuratively and literally speaks to both vulnerability and strength. The birds, especially owls, reflect a similar energy: quiet wisdom, resilience, and the instinct to fly free.
